Legado joins Lloyds Banking Group innovation programme

In a year that has been particularly challenging for businesses, we are delighted to have been selected as part of the LAUNCH Innovation Lab, powered by Lloyds Banking Group.

Legado is part of a cohort of just 12 companies joining Lloyds for the Exploration Phase of the program, with the hopes of extending the reach of our platform through a proof of concept to be run internally with Lloyds.

LAUNCH seeks to identify new and leading edge businesses who have created solutions which can then support Lloyds Banking Group customers in preparing for the future. By providing relevant and useful digital tools and services, the programme brings together the brightest new companies under its umbrella to ensure they take the right steps to meeting its customer’s goals. This includes providing corporate customers with the tools and support needed to engage with their employees.

During the LAUNCH exploration phase, we will have an opportunity to meet (virtually!) and network with the other 11 companies, as well as presenting our own platform to Lloyds. They will explore technical feasibility, learn more about us and discover and how it might help them to improve their digital services.

If we are successful during the exploration stage, we will progress, along with a small number of other successful companies, to the Craft Phase. At this point, we will work with Lloyds to explore our proof of concept opportunity further, including technical integration and some early testing with customers.

The 12-week program culminates a showcase event, where we will pitch our ready to go proof of concept proposal to internal business stakeholders from across Lloyds Banking Group, as well as key industry figures and companies.

The Showcase winner will have their concept launched as part of Lloyds service offering, and have the potential to reach hundreds of new users.

We are so excited to have made it to the final 12, and will be working hard over the next three weeks to highlight the Legado platform and showcase all its features.
