How do I share with additional Nominees?
There are multiple ways in which you can share information with additional Nominees.
1. You can share entire libraries of information (e.g. your ‘Accountant’ library) from your Dashboard. Click the three-dot icon and select ‘Share’. You can then choose from an existing list of Nominees you have previously shared information with or share with a new Nominee by entering their Name and Email Address.
2. You can also share individual folders or documents by navigating to the specific folder or document you want to share. Like the above instructions, once you have chosen what you would like to share, click the three-dot icon and select ‘Share’. You can then choose from an existing list of Nominees or share with a new Nominee by entering their Name and Email Address.
3. You can also share information with additional Nominees from the Nominee dashboard, you can navigate here at any time by clicking ‘Nominees’ on the left-side navigation bar. This will present you with an overview of all the Nominees which you have elected to share information with. It will also tell you the role for which you have specified for them e.g. John Williams may be your Family member.
